If your keeping it outdoor it will do its own thing. If you wanna take it inside and do 12/12 wait till shes(cross your fingers) about 12 inches or at least has 6 node sites. Days are getting shorter though just leave it be patience and love will lead to good smoke.

Why veg with flouro? If you can get a mh/hps veg with mh, flower with both. Im 1 month into flowering using a MH all the way through and shes beautiful. If you want to be vegging and flowering at the same time, use MH for veg and hps for your flowering buds.

They don't take catnaps man....Your way over thinking it. Your plant does NOT have an internal clock like we humans. When you shut the light off it sleeps, and if everyday at the EXACT same time your plants wilt or show no life, someone may be messing with you. I think your just overanalyzing...
