Yeah - I know, I thought I had watering covered while I was away, but it didn't quite work out how I figured... Anyways, the one is doing great, it's just the other two i'm concerned about, I don't know what is going on. :sad:

so does anybody have any ideas? #5 is still doing great - but the others are still losing bottom branches. I havn't added nutes in awhile, but I don't want to mess it up :(

So! I know it has been awhile - and some interesting things have happened - notably that I killed off two of my plants because I didn't water them enough before I went on vacation... (Whoops). So, I am posting some more pictures, there is a new thing wrong with my plants, and I can't figure it...

So... I went away, and didn't water them enough before I left :( 3 of the 5 are in really really bad shape, I'm keeping them watered now, and they *seem* to be recovering - instead of curling over at the top, they're back straight... The other two are doing fine though... ARG.[ Do those glass...

Another little update! They're still on 24/0 of continuous light (mostly daylight CFLs). They've been growing better the last couple of days, and have seem to have recovered from the under watering - I have to leave again for another few days, so hopefully they wont dry out... :( 1: 9" 2: 7.5"...

Just watered them... hopefully I haven't done anything irreparable. And I've not given them any nutes for awhle - not since the first pic of nute burn showed up :(

So back from vacation - a little update... They don't seem to be progressing much in height - although there is new growth coming from the nodes... is that normal? 1: 7.75" 2: 6.5" 3: 4.5" 4: 4.5" 5: 2.75" Also, there is another problem, but I don't know what it is - the leaves are drooping -...

So, I'm going on vacation for the weekend - I figure I'll just water them a little more than usual, and raise the lights up a bit high, just so that they don't touch the plants. Any other ideas?

do they have to be the "daylight" cfls, or would warm white help as well?

Another update! So I havn't seen any more of those bugs - must've just been attracted by the light. I'll try to keep them out better now. They seem to have slowed a bit in growing - which is annoying, but oh well - hopefully in the next month they'll get to a nice height and I can start...

I killed first, and then asked questions :P Well, I took a picture first, and then killed it - because I wasn't sure how violent I was going to be whilst killing.

So Another update. They're still growing - #1 still has signs of nute burn (do they ever go away, or is it OK as long as it doesn't expand?). I'm going to water today, just straight water, hopefully flushing out the remaining nutes. I also found a bug flying around - I don't know what it is -...

Oh, and two more questions - when is a good time to top/fim - and what should I do, top or fim? Thanks!

I understand the seed leaves, but the white bumps on the stem are ok too?

A little update from today, so far these are the heights I've gotten. 1: 6.5" 2: 5.5" 3: 4" 4: 4" 5: 1.75" I'm worried about the the stems - a couple of the plants are looking like that? is that normal?

For some reason it didn't come out in the previous post, but i"ve numbered all the plants, and will refer to them by number now :) as for heights, this is what we have now: 1: 6" 2: 4.75" 3: 3.5" 4: 3" 5: 1.5" I'm trying to save #5 by staking it up, we will see how it does in a week.

could the browning also be due to gnats?

I don't know what happened with this one... the others are all doing better, but she seems stunted. Can I salvage her?

Am looking at it now - hopefully I can get my plants that big!! I've attached some pics - any of those look female (the first 5?), and what should I do with the last plant (the last 3 pictures), is it salvageable?
