Some strains when vegged to maturity will show preflowers. It's either that or they are autoflowering

OP, you don't appear to have growing experience. A large grow like you're planning can be a lot to handle even for an experienced gardener. My grow is about 1/2 the size you're planning and it's a full time job, literally. I've been growing for a while and it's work. Anything that goes wrong...

I've run both and they were both decent, not spectacular but good. The c99 is my favorite tasting strain, smells and tastes great...little lacking in potency though. Neither strain made the cut w/ my patients and they're both gone from the garden now

If you aren't in a medical state don't grow in your parents house...

To get the most out of perpetual gardening you need to have at least 2 separate rooms/spaces. One dedicated veg room and flower room. A third room/space makes life much easier.

The plant was on a flowering cycle and you put it into a vegatitive cycle. It takes some time for it to revert back to a veg cycle....can be stressful on the plant, watch carefully for sign of it going hermie due to the stress.

Getting a good dry and cure can be the hardest part of growing to nail down. If its wet coming out of the jar it needs to dry more. I dry mine until the outside is crisp, then they go into jars. After 24 hours I check the jars to see if they are wet, if so they go back to the drying racks...

Let it go a little bit longer. Female preflowers will show w/ the appearance of little white hairs. A male will produce a ball or balls. Once they declare its easy to spot, no need for a microscope

I'd suggest putting a Hepa filter on your intake as well. Keep out bugs, PM spores etc.
