thanks guys...do you think picking the bottom and bring the rest indoors under lights would help? or lost cause?

First outdoor grow...plant is giant but buds are thick and look great on the bottom but as the higher you go the thinner the buds.. The top colas have hardly anything on them compared tot he bottom.. Find this very weird... Anything I can do??

Northeast USA the light here is still not quite 12/12 but i was expecting to see bud foramation by now. I have been told not to worry and they will explode towards end of sept/early oct but I am a bit nervous.. it looks like just more leaf growth.. plant is very healthy green and bushy...
