Keep cloning,growing and reading until you have happy plants. If your having a problem vegging I will bet you'll have a problem flowering and flowering is less forgiving. For example your biggest problem appears to be heat which will be a bigger problem attempting to flower.

This does not sound like a LED problem but a nutrient problem. If by 'being burned with a magnifier glass or something' your referring to small necrotic spots on the leaves. I havn't seen LEDs burn in spots, heat singes edges and LEDs bleach. My novice advice, flush your system.

In my experience these kobi bulbs produce good size dense buds. I have also killed my share of seedlings with them but once plants are in veg mode these lights cant get too close(except for heat). Its all about coverage in veg and flower.
