When he says "PULL EM!" Does he literally mean pull them off? Like pinch them off (FIM)? Or do you simply top them by cutting them how you normally would with a pair of scissors. Thank you for the reply Smokebros. Well the owner of the store im getting it from gave me a deal of 150 per unit which includes ballast, hood, bulb...all for 150 bucks total. Worth it?
