so how should i grow it? like any other plant?

its about 11 inches high its got small fat fan leafs. I searched it and got something about it is a ruderalis? kind of plant. I have no idea this is my first grow :mrgreen:

I have no idea what kind of plant i have. im just starting to bud it. it has white hairs with pink tips. the leafs and the stems are covered in crystals. i am working on getting pictures on here but anyways if you can help thanks :bigjoint:
