Too much N? I wasn't using anything till this happened. How can it be too much N?

It was the second week when this incident started. I didn't give anything for the first 2 weeks i thought it was to early to fed. Currently they are on a high N diet. Ph of the soil is 6.3.

4 weeks from seed. They are under 150W CLF on 18/6 . watering as it needed (if the soil is dry) afret the 2nd week growing stopped and green color started to fade begining from the tips. any ideas?
