Quiet. The Neighbors Can Hear You (Sound Control Thread)

Most certainly will. You want to go the other way. If the intake duct and exhaust duct is larger that the diameter of the fan that will help to decrease the noise. If space permits, use insulated duct and stay away from the flexible aluminum duct. Also, if space permits. use a larger fan with...

Please help!!! Is this mold? or bacteria?

This is great info. But just one thing. If what is happening is in fact nute burn then hitting them with a dose of phos or potassium might make the problem worse right? Should I use straight water for a couple more waterings or should I hit'em with a dose of Phosphorus?

Please help!!! Is this mold? or bacteria?

Thanks for the reply man. I should have stated the strain as well. This is AK-47. I have heard that the Kush strains are more sensitive to over nutes. I hope that it is just nute burn. What should I do for them? Last two feeds was just straigt water PH'd to 6.5 Should I continue this for a few?

Quiet. The Neighbors Can Hear You (Sound Control Thread)

The heat that the fan motor puts off is minimal. Unless you are in an ultra small grow then I would not be concerned about it. The heat generated by placing your fan in a "box" will NOT over heat the motor. The air moving through the fan also cools the motor.

cloning was a 100% success. read this!

Thanks I boost! Im excited abut our success. I have read about how some have many failures so my girl and I (and roomies) were very excited to see the success. The down side is we had to throw out many of the clones as we are only allowed 6 plants per person in our house so the rest went to the...

cloning was a 100% success. read this!

I my girlfriend and I ran our first run of clones. We used an EZ-cloner 60 site with two clones per puck. We had a 100% success. All we did was cut clones, used the 45* angle cut dipped in Clonex then switched to Olivis gel. I did not notice any difference in the end between the two. After...

just a side question as well. What about nutes that get dumoed into a city sewer system? All these nutes end up in the ocean (eventually). I know the waste water get treated and the solids removed before it is finally dumped into the ocean but when they treat it they only kil the bacteria then...

    dumping nutrients

It just dawned on me that the house I live in uses a septic to deal with waste. I have been dumping my left over nutes and runoff from watering into my house drain. Does anyone know what kind of affect this could have on my septic system?
