light is about 2 ft off the plants and heat from light, i put my hand just above the plants and feel little to no heat from the light, and it is a air cooled light with fan at the end, light cycle is 18 on 6 off now

:wall: Heres my problem, just added nutrients and fired up my 1000 watt metal halide plants are looking dry and leaves are folding up. Ive never had this problem. The plants are about 4 weeks old from seed. Any and all help is appreciated
