yo laner noone has really told u what u were wanting to know so here goes. for veg u want to use mainly 6500k (daylight) bulbs. for flowering u want to use mainly 2700k bulbs. u can mos def mix them A LIL BUT STICK TO THAT AND YOULL B GOOD!

i think you are talking about 100 watt equivilant bulbs. in that case 8 will be ok for now but really 3 per plant would b better. heck the more light the better all tyhe time. so if u have the resources then go with as much light as u can

the more lite the better in all cases of course. if ur able to grab a few more lite go for it!! as for watering......mine r in 12 inch pots and i water with bout 1/2 gallon each time.....u want to water ur plant when u stick ur finger an inch deep in soil and its bone dry. thats a good rule...

a warm place a lil darker is good. they need no light at all until u see a sprout then 18 on 6 off thru veg. now im a cfl grower so not positive bout ur light ? but i think 24 inshes is toof ar away hopefully some1 else will chime in on that1

I was at home depot today i saw a 400watt mh screw in bulb. R these any good i am acfl grower and brand new t that. Do all mh bulbs screw in like cfls? Do they put off way more heat? Will my light bill b higher if i use ths? Thx

yea ive seen those 42watt and 68watt but both r 2700k. at my home depot they only have 23watt 6500k, i was hoping to find some 42watt 6500k cfls
