Update. Ive noticed ive got thrips, surely they couldnt do this much damage though. Ive since sprayed to kill them. Also noticed a very slight film on the water in the tank, what could that be ?? Any more thoughts Please.... Light , airflow, temp , nutes, ph, everything as it should be....

UPDATE. Ive emptied the tank and refilled with 1/2 strength nutes. Ive turned my other 400w hps on as well, so thats now 2x 400w hps 3 feet away from plants. Temp - humidity same as before. Also when emptying tank i noticed a very slight film on the top of the water what could that be. I gave...

Ive used the same nutes in the same room with the same strain for 1 1/2 years using tap water and only ran into trouble on the last 3 grows is it possible it could be the tap water , the water is not hard where i live at all.

I cant see it being heat stress the temp has never been over 80c Il 1/2 strength nute them today. Also a 400w hps 18" off the top of the plants would that not burn them cos the light gets verty hot and with the plants drying out could that not worsen the problem ?

The plants look in good shape after ive took the bad leaves off but you can see the same thing happening to other leaves the same as last time , and you bet by the morning they are dried out as well

Changed water Got new nutes and decided to go half strength as directed by my local hydro shop. checked ph to 5.8 Now i Prey.. Any other input would be greatly appreciated :-)
