Hey oscars bones! also make sure they don't get too hot, in my unproffessional oppinion that on a hot day they are better off i the shade, the puts off alot of lumens.... Even in the shade.

Yeah it shouldn't hurt them, so long as they don't dry out, birds don't get them(happend to me once) and it's not too windy. I don't have any floresent light noly 1000 watters so I put seedlings under the lights at night and put them outside in the day
