i noticed my seedling break the soil a few days back, and it has barely even changed at all, its still green, and the shell is off.. but has barely even opened. what could be causing this?

yeah i added some soaked paper towels in cups aswell to conroll humidity. So do you guys think its heatstress or could it be something else?
