sorry thought you was fighting the borg, I never used predetors for thrips so my advice will proberbly be wrong.

imo just use your predetors if there with you tomorrow as whatever you spray/soak your girls in to kill your pests will have exactly the same effect on your predetor mites! @mossy would this confirm the black is triggered by the cold?
