Not sure about headshops in Charlotte. I am sure there are some...but the ones I know are around Greensboro. I have, however, been to Infinitys End in Charlotte and they did have a lot of stuff. A bit pricey but then again, Charlotte is one of the highest tax zones of NC.

I love how she kept saying "we have no hard evidence on a state by state basis, only what we've heard from communities". That's bullshit right there. There is evidence and a ton of literature that shows a decline. Hell, look at Portugal and the decriminalization of drugs there. Pretty funny...
