    I'd try flushing them for about a week, making sure to test the water's PH beforehand each watering. It's worth a shot, I think.

    Without knowing more about what's been done, they look like they need more water. Were these recently transplanted? If so, did you test the soil you used? I'd check PH of both soil and water.

    Those pictures look a lot like you have a leaf miner problem... insect infestation. Google "leaf miner" and check out the photos of other plants exhibiting the same symptoms.
