is your ballast in your grow room if so take it out this will help bring down the temps a little bit but if the are 99+ i would advise a bigger exhaust fan and intake

you cant estimate these things i doubt it will be ready in 45 days but if thats all you got get it in to flower now you might just be lucky and manage a half decent bit of bud but as he has said above it might not be worth it but try i say
