I now run a HydroGrow 205w LED in a DR60. The plants love it, especially in veg ... my temps are only a couple degrees above ambient with minimal venting. I sleep soundly without big vent fan noise nor fire anxiety, even when I am away for a few days.

What "High quality" ones did you buy? ... most people think they bought HQ when in fact they didn't. LED Tech is here now, but only a couple of non scam lights on the market.

A couple of things to get you started. - Use insulated 6" duct ... this will help reduce noise - For that length of duct I would suggest using 6" ... the twists and turns you make to go that distance and route will greatly reduce your air flow.... this will increase your fan's cfm requirments...
