I used a piece of tolex ( vinyl ) material from W-mart. Its got a white backing and I just put it around the window frame with a few tacks or pins. No light gets in or out and its easily reversable with no marks left. I think a 54" x 60" peice was less than $20.

Thanks for the advice, I will try the warm water. I usually do all my watering in slow steps like you say. Just seems more effective that way.

Oops, I guess at 1 a.m. after a buzz and 4 beers, I didnt notice that the plants I was tryin to help with had long since been harvested and smoked.

I don,t have a ph tester, yet, but the plants are 2 months old. I think the nutes are rated for 4-6 months, what ever that MG potting mix is. I think that next time I will use straight soil,perlite and add my fish emulsion, molassus and wod ash.Control it a little closer.The mg didnt kill them...
