Gave it some Fox Farm Grow Big and it looks greener already but it still has spots. What are they? How do I get rid of them?

I am growing in my closet and I am only using a regular floresent light bulb. Is this enough for my one plant? It has also been 35 days since I planted them and they are 6 inches, is this a normal size? It also has a spot on it and its turning yellow.
