Recently ordered a pack of mns ssh from attitude. Out of 18 only 5 made it to seedling. Most didn't even crack and a few stalled after cracking. I've been at this for many years and usually get %90 - %100. From my experience dud seeds from reputable breeders are are usually the fault of the seed...
