So it's been about 3 weeks since I've started the seeds and about 2.5 weeks of growth for 3 of the AI and about 2 weeks since start (~1.5 weeks of growth) for the other 2 of them. I've had some heat stress due to lights being too close but nothing too bad. Here's some pics of the oldest ones...

Here's another picture of the creepy one. Look closely at the node where catolydons are, there seems to be another 2 catolydons (rounded leaves) coming out. I'm so proud of this one lol, she (hopefully) looks terrible but keeps on fighting and she's full of surprises.

This way humidity inside the dome is close to 100%. I'd suggest spraying the dome with some water to keep it moist and air it...

So this is an update on the "special" one :) Notice growth out of the cotyledon's node. I've never seen growth from there. Any comments on what's going on? I'm not stressing over this just curious on how often his happens :) All the leaves on this seedling are very small, very dry looking...

Do I need to use ash from a certain burnt material or would tobacco and/or MJ ash work too? P.S. My tap water is approx 8.0 pH so I could theoretically just flush the soil a couple of times to get it within range, right?

If your girls start smelling too much, used 100 of these lady bugs instead of a carbon filter, it most likely would keep the cops well away lol

bird mcbride, you got it all backwards here. The lower the pH the more acidic the soil is, the higher the pH the more alkaline. So therefore i want to raise the pH and get rid of the acids.

So I got a load of eggshells. I'm gonna bake them in the over for about 30 mins and then crush them as finely as I possibly can. Then I'll mix about a cup of eggshell with about a gallon of soil, water is and let it sit for a day or 2. Anyone has any ideas if that will help stabilize my soil?

Ladybugs are natural predators of spider mites and some other nasty creatures that could destroy your plants. If lady bug want to stay - let it for it'll do nothing but good :) I'm gonna start aurora indica after my current grow. Nice plants. Good job. I love LST. Subscribed.

I pretty much answered the question myself. :) I'm gonna try to add eggshells to this crappy mix to try and stabilize the pH. I have access to pretty much unlimited amount of eggshells as I work as a cook in a coffee house :) I'll post update when I get to it.
