Possibly Spider mites...check the underside of the leaves with a magnifying glass. Or nutrient deficiency...can't remember which micronutrient possibly magnesium but check this out first. Maybe others will have some input too? Good luck and let us know how you get on.

Let it self pollinate - not much else you can do and keep the seeds - guaranteed fems. I'm fairly certain that this is the case so correct me if I am mistaken. Hope you get a smoke in any case.
