can u explain Veg 3-1-2 Flo 2-1-3 please

what are the best nutrients to use? and how often i have some fish blood and bone wich says it has Nitrogen (N)-for stem and leaf growth; Phosphate (P)-for root growth Potash (K)-for flower and fruit production. will this do

weird thing is this 600w one i found is cheaper and i pretty sure better than 400w ones its second hand reconditioned thats why its so cheap but will it be too much power or heat?

125 i can higher or more bulbs. But if i have more bulbs i could do with something to fit them all in so i only have one power cable do you know of such thing.
