as a quick response, yes this is the only bulb in this box, I will soon (in 1 or 2 weeks) move them to a larger box and that one is equipped with a much larger 115W/U4 dual spectrum 6400/2700K grow bulb.

I'm a novice, but I think it could be algae or sum kind of fungus maybe... you should try to cover the rockwool cubes with something "light stopping" like aluminium foil. my cubes were all getting green on the tops with algae, after about a week of light exposure, I coverd them with 10x10cm...
