I bought 2 40watt 4 footer flouresent lights made by phillips that are the 6500k spectrum and I was wondering if this is too high of light for 1-2 week old plants? My other options are 2 40watt 4 footer 2700k flouresents or a 90w ufo l.e.d. light. Thanks

I would go with the UFO light because I saw someone on here using the panel LEDS and said they don't do much. I got a ufo a few weeks ago and it seems like its good so far. really bright! Here is the one i got from ebay which I was able to go down 10% with best offer...
