So I have attached a pic of a sketchup design for a grow cabinet. Note the glass tube for the bulb, at one end you would put whatever fan you want. Then the plants would be on a movable shelf as they grow you lower the shelf. This way you can have the lamp thrown so much fresh cooler air...
