Diesel trucks wouldn't be so annoying if it weren't for the jackasses who are completely consumed with them. I'd say duct tape and zip-tie a salmon fillet to his muffler. That should confuse/annoy him for a few days. Sorry my idea doesn't really help anything, it would just be pretty damn funny.
