good question , i personally think its a shortage of sunlight that delayed the process a bit , but i know that sativas do take more or less that time , depending on how much sun it gets

this plant looks tipical thai strain to me its normal for the veging time and the flowring time , ive grown sativas here in south africa from seeds to done in 11 months almost a year ! thai takes about just aslong , u would need more light on that plant to speed the process up and u can allso...
