There was no traffic Saturday night, everyone staying put for the holiday weekend. Sunday was very much the same, smooth sailing. But yeah, they’re still doing construction on the same section they’ve been working for for like 3 years now, lol

Ended up baking the pie, and making the corn pudding, gravy, and cranberry sauce tonight. And cooked the pasta for the Mac n cheese.

Yeah I’ve been prepping for the past 4 hours, taking a much needed break as well

Gonna bake a maple pie tonight, then tomorrow morning I have to tackle the corn pudding, green bean casserole, Mac n cheese, turkey gravy, cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes, and ham.

I’d probably buy the DWC kit, I like DWC

Yeah, just chop ‘em up a bit, maybe drain them in a sieve. Alternatively, you could take half the strawberries, blend them up with sugar and cream, and use that for the wet ingredients. Itll impart a pink hue, and help keep them a little more moist.
