i just found this on one of my plants and i dont know if i should yank it, plz help

hello all! I am just trying to get feedback on what could be wrong with one of my plants. the new growth on the top looks very ridged and the leaves are folding up long ways. so heres some pics, any help is greatly appreciated. happy growin!!!
