What do you have checking your humidity? You might can get a de humifier for the last couple of days and for wherever your drying your final product. Wellllll worth the money.

If you're reflector has holes in the side you can rum small ducting through with a small fan to cool the lamp or even have a small computer fan aimed at the bold for a temporary solution. Hope you get it worked out!

If you want some cheap, yet still good lighting, walmart actually sells an under cabinet flourescent with a 24 inch bulb. Puts off no heat and I have one in every corner and in the floor between cubes. No lighting problems as of yet. Oh yeah, THEY'RE TEN BUCKS!!!
