I see people suggesting calmag to fix my mag def but is that the same as using sea mag and sea cal from humboldt? I know this may seem as a stupid question but this is my first grow and I'm still learning. Thanks for you help in advance.

What is everyones feeling on using Humboldt nuts in an aero grow? And have any of you had any issues using them?

My plants are 4 weeks old and I ph my water to 5.0 then added my nutes. I'm using humboldt nuts and following the oneness feeding schedule at 1/2 strength. Within 6-8 hours my ph went above 6? Does anyone have any ideas what may be going on?

I PH the water prior to adding the nutes. It was at 6.0 when added nutes.

I have the light 4 feet away. But should I go to a 18/6?

I'm using Humboldt Nutes following the Oneness feeding schedule and its aero. My PH is at 6.5 and using hydroton. I'm using a 1000w MH and have been told to keep it on 24/0.

This is my first grow and has been going well. Had several mishaps but nothing serious. I noticed little brown spots on one of my plants. She is a clone and is around 4 week old. Can anyone tell me if this is mag def or something else? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Thanks for the quick response! Ill do it. Would you cut off some of the damaged roots to prevent root rot?

I screwed up and let light burn my roots! Im growing aeroponics. Is there anyway to fix this beside scraping my plants and starting over? Please help.
