I water when the top of the soil is dry and i just watered it about an hour ago thats why it looks wet

so basicaly my plant was all lush and perfect and now it looks like wilted and stuff these 2 are for the afternoon of 8/15 These 2 about 20 mins ago if you have any tips please let me what i need to do. thanks
