what's going on with the lights during the other six hours of the day there is 24 hours in a day. That 9 week schedule looks like its worth trying but unless the lights are off longer than what the schedule says the numbers don't add up.

my babies are doin fine except one them is starting to get yellow leaf tips and the flowers have stopped developing. I am beginning the fourth week of flowering. Can anyone help me nurse my baby back to good health.
