Ehh, I have no idea what PH level and all that stuff is please explain... how you would add 30% of perlite too it..? and if there is a better/perfect soil for a new grower like me in any of those stores, please do tell.

What is the best soil that you can come by at walmart/home depot/lowes? I have Miracle Grow, is that kool to use or... should i not use this?
