you should wait until your plants reach maturity before you flower them. you can tell if they are mature if they stagger their nodes (branches) instead of forming the basic Ψ. This will really increase yeild. you should only get 6500K bulbs for veg and 2700K for flowering and use ONLY...

So i set up the new hood which now has: 3x 40W 6500K 3050 Lumens florescent tube And I now have the cfl's hanging off the sides to get the lower branches. It's a sweet setup. I will post pics soon.
