I'm running H&G too would love to know more about your nute feeding cuz I noticed a lot og people use H&G a and b but nothing else from them so that may be the key for me to get higher yields

I had the same problem using 6.5 gallon buckets which are same size as 5's but the leaks did stop either by using specialized silicone and just over time from build up I had pans under the leaky ones and vac'd them up everyday what a pit but in the end worth it

I wish I could answer I use only H&G nutes and bitonaicare ,aquasheild,calmag and silica blast but I do run half strength nutes though so it would be safe to say run half strength IMO .

I'm building another rdwc set up again after I finish my current run using Rubbermaid brute totes 20 gallon tores with the top of 5 gallon buckets cut off and 8" net pots on the buckets that are siliconed to the tote lids. Using 3" uniseals .gota love rdwc they always yield when don right
