I dont see why you couldnt take some cuttings and just throw them in the aerogarden immediatley.... If your AeroG is on a 12/12 timer and is flowering and you take a cutting from one of your fems and then place it in another slot in the AeroG, wouldn't that hamper the cloned plant vegging...
