Usually an outside grow will start to flower at around 12-14 hrs daylight, in my part of the uk that is in September. Good luck with your grow mate. You can force them to flower by bringing them indoors or to a shed where there is no light for 12 hrs a day :)

Perhaps(YAWN) you are just too stoned to think clearly, or maybe you have absolutely no idea how to communicate in a proper manner. How about giving this guy a break instead of answering in such a smug manner...your answer is pointless so why bother?
