I dont really know what I'm doing right or wrong mate.. I try not to overwater them and i've got good soil mix(I want to believe so..). the lamp sits a little lower than the photo. try to lower the lamp as close as possible, so the plants get more light.. and finally I think the fans are a must...

No its just water. its a bag filled with water and a tube that has a fuse in it, one end in the pot and the other in the water. I do this because i dont want them to run out of water, I'm not there the hole week. as for the dimensions im not sure, didnt measure it.... its my bedroom closet.
