I had this happen to me the other night lol. Put the fan way too close and boom stap the stem! What I did was transplant to a bigger pot, new soil, new nutes, and watered.. Give it 48 hours and she'll be better ;)

Apollo makes good bulbs I got their 600w it pushes a ton of lumens bro, you should be set with their bulbs..
