Help! Temperature issues in large grow room

I may have figured it out. My timer was set to ON not AUTO so the lights were on 24 hr per day...I have the exhaust fan setup to turn on when the lights turn off, so the exhaust fan would come on but the lights stayed on so the Apollo didn't turn CO2 off, therefore sucking all my CO2 out of the...

Help! Temperature issues in large grow room

Spoke to a mech engineer buddy. He explained that in order to maintain cfm I would need to split my 12" ducting to 4 6" ducts. We decided against this however. What we ended up doing was taking my 12" fan and using a 12" intake, then splitting to two 6" ducts and cooling two lights per 6"...

    12x6x6 Ducting Splitter

Hi all, I am having a very hard time finding a 12x6x6 ducting splitter, 12" which splits to 2 6" ducts. I have tried my local HVAC Wholesale suppliers and looked at some hydro shops around town. Where can I find a few of these? Do they exist? I was thinking another option would be to...

Help! Temperature issues in large grow room

I am going to return the rooftop air conditioners and purchase a 24,500 BTU wall mount unit from Home Depot. Not only should it cool better but is much cheaper and I should get a decent amount of money back. I had an idea on the light cooling fans; If i change the setup so it draws in trough...

Help! Temperature issues in large grow room

The container is in our building so it doesn't get TOO hot during the day, during the dead heat of the summer it averages 85* F inside the building. The cool tubes are hot to the touch, I can hold my hand on them for 30 seconds or so before they start to burn.
