would a cral space work? (under the house but easy to get to) or would it be to prone to mold and such

this spring me and a buddy plan on growing for the first time out doors and was wondering how bad i can exspect it to smell when it comes to drying? and if anyone has any advice on dryign the bud in a area where it wont smell as bad or parents/siblings wont run across it thanks
