Just a follow up. I'm fairly certain it was a cal or mag issue and it has been resolved. The damage that was done continued to progress which is why I thought I hadn't fixed it.

Cal-Mag didn't seem to be the problem. It appears to be getting slightly worse. There's iron in the cal-mag so I think that is ruled out as well. Any other ideas?

I'll hit it with some more cal mag and see whats up.
