you should have germinated the seed before you put it in soil

how long is the sun out for where you live? if its a lot shorter than 18 hours it could start to flower but you never know it could be fine

i did the same to one of my 1 week old plants and it is turning out to be the biggest plant of them all.. they will most likely be fine

well read up on germination and after you germinate then you can put one seedling in one pot dont put more than one in or it will cause problems later on. they dont all need to be the same kind if you have 9 seeds in total you could start now

the reason no one responded was most likely because that was very long for a stoner to read haha but its alright its probably a very bad idea to grow in a dorm the word could get around easily and end up getting you screwed if youre going to do it anyway the smell will be nearly impossible...

one seed makes one plant you cant throw a bunch of seeds in the ground and get a mixture of all the different types into one plant. if your going to try with one seed the chances of it germinating then not dying and then being a female aren't great just wait until you can get a few more seeds...

i agree with him but getting into the 80's isnt really that bad

i would just put them outside and they might start to flower but 7 weeks is good enough veg time

they are looking great.. mine are about the same age and a little bit smaller good job!

are you in veg or flower? if your still vegging then depending on where you live the plants might go to flower if the time from sunrise to sunset is a lot less than the time you have the lights on now

its going to take longer than a month to flower. i would just start to flower from seed and you might be able to do it

they come through the soil growing without light just with water.. you can put the lights on them they just dont need it until they are out of the soil thats when they can start to use the light to grow

once the seedling comes through the soil it can start getting light and you are better off surrounding the plants with decent size cfls than having a couple big ones
