I know this sounds stupid but what do guyz mean by "weed seed"? Just some random seed?

Hey guyz does anyone know whats going on here, as you can see a new set of leaves have popped up from the soil of the same plant. The soil isn't contaminated i'm sure its from the root, but is this a good thing or a bad thing??? i hope the pros are on to answer these questions!

Hi guys my question is this: Are clones ready to harvest 1 week before its mother plant? Or it makes no difference? Or does it depend on strain?
