Ok so I am growing in my closet and I have this 3 month old marijuana plant that already has bud on it. Is this normal? First I was looking at it and it had white pistils then about a week later bud. Its only 9 1/2 inches tall. I have had it in a 24 hour lighting and still do. planted this one...
