Some one told me to use filtered water someone said tap water is just fine.. Does it matter?

Im growing outdoors I have her in a 5 gallon pot with ffof soil. Shes in veg stage. She was fine last night til this morning this is how it looked.

Yea I have been I have been using water from the sink and just running it thru a filter. Im only gonna use bottled water now.
